The building is the Wynn Resort in Vegas (that has 'Wynn' written on it). Elaine is the name of Steve Wynn's ex-wife. She owns about 10% of Wynn resorts as part of their divorce settlement, but Steve owns the voting rights. There's an ongoing legal fight over her regaining control. The allegations against Wynn strengthen her hand significantly.

This is pretty excellent. It helps if you've read an article on cryptocurrency in the past few months, but it's not necessary.

Crypto Investor's YouTube channel is well worth subscribing to if you were interested in cryptocurrency. He's occasionally humorous, but I don't think he's ever achieved this level of biting satire before.
